Through many years of manufacturing custom mylar pouches, Packs and Prints are recognised as one of the industry leaders and only produce premium style Cali Packs. Our Cali Packs are thick, robust, smell resistant due to the foil barrier we implement in the mylar bags, heat sealable and have muliple closure options including single zip, child resistant and pinch grip. If you would like a different style closure other than single seal please let the designer know when discussing your Mylar Bag design with them.

Custom Printed Mylar Bag Material Options Explained
Gloss: Gloss printed custom Cali Packs are shiny to look at, smooth to touch and are great finish when you have a bright coloured design that you want to reflect in the light.
Matte: Matte finish custom printed mylar bags are a popular choice. The matte material gives a softer look to the eye and a smooth feel that is non reflective.
Soft Matte: Soft matte or otherwise known as soft touch is a really nice additional finish when creating your custom Cali Packs. The soft touch laminant gives a really premium feel to touch and is used on the extremely popular Cookies branded packaging. The soft matte finish is almost rubbery to feel, giving your custom printed mylar bags an additional level of premium quality.
Holographic: Holographic, direct printed mylar bags are an instant eye catcher. The rainbow like, iridescent, luminous colours seem to change when the bag is viewed from different angles which gives your custom printed Cali Packs a really unique looking mylar bag. These are definitely one of the most sort after finishes we receive.
Matte & Metallic: This combination is excellent if you have tones of copper, gold or silver in your design. The metallic ink will reflect off the matte backed custom printed mylar bag, giving a really premium look and finish to your Cali packs.
Dual Matte & Gloss (Spot UV): Dual Matte & Gloss otherwise known as a Spot UV offers a really classy dimension to your custom packaging. Due to printing techniques required to print this style of custom printed mylar bag, this option is only available for orders over 5000 pieces. Work with our designers or your own deisgn and decide which areas of the print you would like to be matte (for example the background) and which areas you would like to have a glossy shine. Spot UV is a creative way to add depth and contrast through varying levels of sheen and texture.
Dual Holographic Matte or Gloss: Much like the above desciption Packs & Prints are able to print your Cali Packs with a unique dual material finish. Work with the our designers or your own and choice which areas of the packaging design you would like to be holographic and which parts your would like to be matte or gloss. This dual finished effect is really premium and eye catching giving the bag a muliple look of depth and ability to look as if it changes colour from each angle of the pack. Due to printing techiques required to print this style of finish the minimum order for this combination is 5000 pieces.

How Long does it take to print my custom printed Cali Packs?
Our custom printed mylar service typically takes around 4 weeks from approval of artwork. Packs and Prints is more than just your typical print house, we work closely with our clients tailoring your packaging requirements carefully around your grow cycles. As these custom printed mylar bags are completely unique to your brand we understand the importance of your reputation and also your being able to deliver your product on time. We will work with you to pre map your packaging needs and work to dedicated time frames to ensure you are always able to deliver.
